We will help you without charge by reviewing your property taxes to let you know if they are fairly assessed and advising you of potential propery tax increases or decreases for clients contemplating the purchase of a property.

We will inform you about the assessment process so you can help us maximize your reduction by providing us with the neccessary information.

We do not accept any referral fees from appraisers.

We can show you how to be proactive with regard to real estate taxes, as opposed to reactive. For example, vacancy can reduce taxes paid.

We will NOT take a case unless we feel the property is overassessed. To date, we have been successful in over 95% of all cases we have handled.
