software, we initially analyze your utility billing for the
previous 24 months. Where overcharges are detected, we
negotiate with the utility company on your behalf to obtain
refunds or credits.
Rate alternatives analyzed
The many different
tariffs offered by each of your utility providers are examined
to determine if more favorable rate alternatives are
available.
Utility monitoring
Each utility bill is
monitored on a monthly basis for the duration of our service
agreement to assure accuracy and compliance by each of your
utility suppliers. We also continually monitor the tariffs, so
our clients can take advantage of any favorable rate
