Lower Electric, LLC is an energy consulting firm that obtains bids and contract proposals from several different retail electric suppliers, to provide you with electricity at a savings. If you decide to accept one of these proposals, you will enter into a contract with the retail energy supplier, not with Lower Electric. Lower Electric is not employed by Commonwealth Edison or by Ameren, the two major electric utility suppliers in the State of Illinois.

Lower Electric will explain the nature of the quotes received in terms of what the price does or does not include so you can make an informed decision.

Once you are a Lower Electric client, we are available to assist you with any issues that may arise during the course of your agreement. This includes but is not limited to billing issues, payment terms, contract changes, relocation or additional locations.

Pursuant to Section 220 ILCS 5/16-115c Licensure of ABC's engaged in the procurement or sale of retail electricity supply for third parties, the total price per kWh and the total estimated cost for your electric supply to be paid over the life of the agreement will be displayed when you receive your quote during the MC Squared Energy Services sign-up process. Lower Electric receives its compensation from the supplier.
